Mr. Kelley Grant, Executive Director
Kelley and Julie Grant and their four children served on the Santiago, Chile mission
team for 11 years. They returned to the states in early 2010 and now attend the Prestoncrest Church of
Christ in Dallas, Texas. Kelley graduated from Texas A&M University in 1992 with a BA in Speech and
Communication. At Texas A&M, he was a member of Aggies for Christ, a student leader of Aggies for Christ
in the Orient (1992) and was honored as a member of the Speech Communication Association. In 2006, he
earned a MA in Organizational Leadership from Azusa Pacific University. Kelley was recruited for the
Santiago team while serving as a trust officer at Nations Bank in Dallas. Kelley and Julie and their four
children served on a GCM Missionary team in Santiago, Chile for 11 years before returning to the states.
Kelley assumed the role of Executive Director of Great Cities Missions in January 2011.

Dr. Gary Sorrells, Director Emeritus
Upon his family’s return to the United States in 1977, Gary served three
years as a member of the Bible Faculty of Lubbock Christian University and eleven years as a
member of the Mission Faculty of Abilene Christian University. He has worked with Great Cities Missions since 1980, currently serving as Director Emeritus. Gary has received both the B.A
and M.A. degrees in Bible from Abilene Christian University. In 1994, he earned the Doctor of
Ministry degree from Abilene Christian University.
"Proclaiming Jesus by planting churches in the great cities of
the Latin world has been the central thrust of my life since 1968. As a resident of Latin America
for eight years it was an honored privilege to direct a full time leadership training school, a
Christian camp and to plant a church with a great team of co-workers. That congregation is now
led by national elders, deacons, teachers and evangelist."

Mr. Ron Freitas, Associate Director, Director of Coaching
Ron spent fifteen years as a missionary in Curitiba, Brazil as well as 10 years in
stateside ministry. He has a Bachelor's degree in Theology from Bear Valley Biblical Institute of
Denver and holds a Certificate in Mediation and Certificate of Graduate Study in Conflict Resolution
from Abilene Christian Universities' Center for Conflict Resolution. Ron joined the staff in 2001
and serves as Associate Director and Director of Team Strategies.

Mr. Bryan Gibbs, Director of Brasilian Team and Church Development
Bryan has worked for Great Cities Missions since
February 1994. During this time he has served as Director of Recruiting
and also as Director of Training for the ministry. He and his wife,
Becky, have been married for 30 years and have four sons. Bryan
graduated from Abilene Christian University in 1977 with a BA degree in
Biblical and Related Studies. In 1981 he received his Master of
Missionlogy degree, also from Abilene Christian University.
"I first visited Brazil in 1976. At that time the Lord placed a burden
on my heart for lost souls of Latin America. For my entire adult life, this conern has been the
'north star' that has oriented my ministry. It is a priviledge to dedicate my life to the
growth and strengthening of God's Kingdom in Latin America."

Mrs. Georgia Freitas, Director of Center for Missionary Team Women and Children
Georgia, with more than 18 years of experience in ministry and missions, leads the Missionary
Women's Training and Support Program at GCM. She serves as Director of the Center for Missionary Team Women and
Children. Georgia is a graduate of the Bear Valley School of Biblical Studies Women's Program.

Dr. Becky Holton, Director of Missionary Care
Becky has served as the Director of Missionary Care since 2009. She and her
husband, Kerry, have been involved in ministry all of their married lives. The Holtons are grateful
parents of three children and three grandchildren who are serving the Lord in various roles globally.
Becky is a licensed therapist with a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and a PhD in Child,
Youth and Family Science. She also is a Certified Crisis Response Therapist.
"It is a special privilege to work with and care for missionaries. I feel extremely
blessed to be able to serve these special people who have answered God's call."

Mr. Calvin Henry, Director of Latin Teams
Calvin and his wife Linda have been involved in Latin American missions since 1977.
They served in Costa Rica eleven years, Colombia three years, and in Tegucigalpa, Honduras seven years
where Calvin served as the president of the Baxter Institute. He also began the Spanish ministry of the
Impact Houston Church. He has worked at Great Cities Missions as Director of Hispanic Latin American
Teams since 2004. Calvin has degrees from Abilene Christian University and Harding Graduate School of Religion.
"From the time I took my first Spanish class in seventh grade, I felt
called to be a missionary to Latin America. I have fallen in love with that part of the world and thank
God for giving me the privilege of working with the Latin American people in taking the good news of
Jesus to their world."

Mr. Scott Reynolds, Director of Training
Scott spent over eight years as a missionary in Rio de Janeiro. He also worked
for two years as a marriage and family therapist. He and his wife Sharla have three great kids
and will celebrate 20 years of marriage this year. Scott serves as the Co-Director of Missionary Training.
Scott received a Bible degree from Sunset International Bible Institute, a Bachelor’s in Psychology
from Lubbock Christian University, and a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Abilene Christian University.
"When you have an opportunity to see God at work in real and powerful ways,
there really is nothing more rewarding or exciting. Having experienced that in Brazil, I am excited to be a
part of the GCM team, helping others accomplish their God given calling for missions with people in a part
of the world that I have come to love deeply."

Mr. Enoch Rinks, Director of Recruiting
Born in Savannah, TN, Enoch Rinks became interested and active in missions at an early age.
After graduating from Freed-Hardeman University with a degree in Finance and a Masters in Ministry, Enoch worked
as a youth minister in Lawrenceburg, TN for four years. In 2002, he became part of the Asunción Mission Team and
moved to Texas to train with GCM before going on to Paraguay in 2003 to plant congregations in Asunción. Enoch
married Laura Cavellini in 2008 and is excited about the new opportunity with GCM to recruit and train mission
teams for the future.

Mrs. Kay Shelton, Director of Finance and Operations
Kay spent twenty years in bookkeeping and accounting. She has an Associate’s degree from York
College and a Bachelor’s from Harding University. She and her husband, Mike, have two fantastic children, Rob (26) and Kati
(24). Kay currently serves as the Director of Finance and Operations at GCM.

Mrs. Kati Clement, Executive Assistant and Graphic Design
Kati has been working with GCM since 2007. She currently serves as Assistant to the
Executive Director. She and her husband, Travis, have been married for four years. Kati is a graduate of the University of Texas at
Arlington with a BA in Art History.

Mrs. Tiffany Vincent, Church Planting Assistant
Tiffany has been with GCM since January of 2008. She and her husband, Sean,
have been married over 23 years and have three children.

Mrs. Debbie Cusic, Accounting Assistant
Debbie has been with GCM since April 2010 and serves as assistant to Director of Finance
and Operations. She is a graduate of Abilene Christian University with a degree in Elementary Education. She and
her husband, Tom, have been married 25 years and have two daughters.

Mrs. Linda Henry, Director of Latin Team Women
Linda has worked in Latin America since 1977 with her husband Calvin. She has a BA in
English and Latin from Abilene Christian University and has undergone graduate studies in Missions at Abilene
Christian University. Linda is the Consultant to Latin Teams at GCM.

Mrs. Becky Gibbs, Brasilian Team and Church Development Assistant
Becky has a degree from Abilene Christian University in Home Economics Education.
She and her husband Bryan worked in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil for over nine years. After living in the
States for 17 years, they have returned to Brazil to open Great Cities Missions’ South American Office
of Recruiting and Training. She currently serves as Administrative Coordinator.

Mr. Mike Shelton, Information Technology
Mike has been working in networks administration for over 20 years. He holds a BA in Computer
Science from Abilene Christian University. He and his wife, Kay, have two children, Rob (26) and Kati (24).
Mike currently serves the GCM staff by volunteering his expertise to manage our computer systems.
